DoublePadlock Connectivity

We are aware of issues at our hosting centre with connectivity that is unfortuantely affecting the DoublePadlock service (and the JShop site) at this time. Engineers are working on the problem but as it is upstream of our service it is unfortunately out of our hands.

Just to update this thread, the issues were fully resolved by the connectivity provider at around midnight.
