If you're contacting support via. email please ensure that you include your registration code. Increasingly customers are not including this in their emails, despite our auto-responder explaining that it needs to be provided with each support email. This is also explained on processed order emails.

Failure to include your registration details may lead to delays in replies, especially for those on Tier 1 or Tier 2 support.

Over the coming months we plan to institute an automated ticketing system. Part of this will be to check incoming emails for valid registration details - if they are not found the email will not be delivered to support and instead the customer will be responded to asking them to re-send their email including their registration details.
