DoublePadlock: Provider Emergency Maintenance
 

Following the problems encountered by our connectivity provider last Sunday we have received notification of emergency maintenance that will mean the unavailability of our DoublePadlock service from Friday 29th September at 02:00 BST until Friday 29th September 06:00 BST.

This is to enable the provider to install new device management cards on their network to eliminate problems going forward.

In addition we have also been informed that should their current arrangement (which has been operating on a backup management card since Sunday) fails before then the emergency maintenance will take place immediately.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this but as the issue is upstream of our servers we have no control over this maintenance.
