Forum Account Issues
 

Hi,

If you were a registered user on our old forums and are having trouble logging into this new forum, or trouble with the forgotten password facility drop up as an email at support@jshop.co.uk with your username. For some reason the process of importing the data has made some accounts inaccessible until we go in to the account via. our forum admin system and re-save the information. We're not sure why this has happened, it must be a quirk of the import routines available.

Most users don't seem to be having the problem but if you're one who is just get in touch and we'll activate your account for you and trigger the password reminder for you.
