DoublePadlock Outage

We are currently experiencing hardware problems with the DoublePadlock service. Engineers are working on the problem and we hoep to have a resolution as soon as possible. We will update this thread with more information as and when we can.

Outage Resolved

The DoublePadlock service is now back up and running. The problem was a faulty switch which has now been replaced.
