Email Issues
 

We are currently experiencing issues with our email service to sales@jshop.co.uk and support@jshop.co.uk. Emails are not being delivered but are also not being bounced back as undelivered and the situation is being investigated.

As soon as we have a resolution to this we will update this thread and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

New emails are now arriving to our emails systems. There is a backlog of emails that were sent whilst we were encountering the issue that are yet to be delivered and, at this time, we do not know if any emails sent have been lost. If you have contacted us within the last 12 hours we would suggest re-sending your email to ensure that we have it. Any emails to support@jshop.co.uk that have not been delivered will not have received our auto-responder message.
